You can easily move your unit from its storage bay to a lakeside pitch with electric hook-up, enjoying the tranquillity of 45 acres of countryside and the reassurance of being right next to our award‑winning site.  With a 10% discount for storage customers during mid and high season, every Brook Meadow stay offers excellent value. 

Our friendly team is on hand seven days a week, and guests enjoy full access to the site’s outstanding facilities, from the 5-acre fishing lake and luxurious 5-star washrooms to a summer programme packed with activities and delicious foodie experiences.  It’s the ideal setup for testing your caravan, enjoying quality family time, or simply soaking up the peace and beauty of this nature-filled retreat.  Brook Meadow Website

Electric Hook Ups

Electric, grass and hard standing pitches and non-electric grass pitches are available for both camping and caravanning.
We are known for spacious camping and our great shower and wash up facilities!

Brook Meadow boasts a stunning 5 acre coarse fishing lake, stocked with carp up to 23lbs, tench up to 7lbs and perch. It is set in the heart of the farm with easy vehicle access.  Fishing is available to guests on holiday with us as well as syndicate members.

During the summer at Brook Meadow, guests can enjoy a vibrant programme of nature, wellness and family-friendly activities. Seasonal favourites return each year from lakeside sunrise yoga, reflexology and Indian head massage to creative workshops like flower-crown making and botanical printing. Children can explore the outdoors with pond dipping, bug hunts and bumblebee safaris, while evenings bring everyone together for campfire singalongs and our much-loved pet shows. With regular pop-ups such as the garden café, camp cocktails and wood-fired pizza nights, summer at Brook Meadow is always restorative, lively and made for memories.​

Every Saturday night at Brook Meadow, families can settle down in the rustic cowshed cinema for an unforgettable “moovie” night, complete with straw-bale seating and a big screen, for an unforgettable experience.  To make the evening extra special, a wood-fired pizza horsebox rolls in from around 4pm, serving up freshly baked artisan pizzas (with gluten-free and vegan options) just in time for the film. It’s a magical, laid-back way to round off the day.

At Brook Meadow, the reception building houses a small, well-stocked campsite shop, open 7 days a week and staffed by our friendly team.  It offers all the essentials from milk and batteries to treats like ice creams and marshmallows plus fishing bait and practical camping items too.  Our attentive staff are always on hand to help, making it easy to get what you need without leaving the site and adding a warm, welcoming touch to your stay.​

Unwind after a day on the road with an hour of lakeside bliss at Brook Meadow’s Wild Sauna Club. Set beside our stunning lake, the wood-fired sauna delivers soothing heat followed by a refreshing 14°C cold plunge or rustic shower.  This guided contrast-therapy session costs £20 per person, plus a small site fee for day visitors. More than relaxation, the experience supports circulation, recovery, better sleep, and mental clarity. Whether you’re staying on-site or visiting for a wellness weekend, it’s a boutique-style escape that perfectly complements an outdoor lifestyle.

​Our Fishing Lodge offers a welcoming place to relax, complete with seating, a kettle, microwave, communal fridge, oven, hob, washing-up area, washing machine, and additional washroom facilities, perfect for making your visit effortless and enjoyable.

Treat yourself to Brook Meadow’s beautifully curated luxury hampers, delivered right to your pitch or glamping unit for pure countryside indulgence. Created in partnership with La Fête Fleurie, each hamper is brimming with locally sourced delights, from free-range eggs and artisan cured meats to freshly baked pastries, homemade granola, and yogurt berry pots.  Bookable with just a few days’ notice (minimum order for two), these hampers bring a thoughtful, gourmet touch to your stay, making your getaway feel that little bit more special.

For those who want to take it up a notch try our new safari-themed bell tent. Set in a secluded spot and accessed via your own a foot bridge the bell tent offers the most romantic glamping experience you could imagine possible, short of a trip to Kenya

Our Nuthatch Cabin is perfectly situated with a west facing deck and picturesque view of the lake.  The Cabin offers the experience of the lakeside views and atmosphere without the rigmarole of packing and setting up your tent.

On summer Saturdays in August, Brook Meadow comes alive with our campfire singalongs, held alongside the artisan camp cocktail evenings. Guests of all ages can gather around the fire to join in with classic songs, enjoy the warm, friendly atmosphere, and toast marshmallows under the stars. It’s a relaxed, communal way to end the day, bringing families and friends together for music, laughter, and a true taste of countryside summer fun.​

Egg Collecting Experience

At Brook Meadow, you can join Mary for a truly charming egg‑collecting experience. The farm is home to 12 special‑breed, free‑range hens selected for their character and colourful eggs. You’ll take a guided walk through the kitchen garden, feed the hens, stroke their soft feathers, and safely collect their eggs while learning how they’re cared for and protected. A small booking fee overs the cost of the eggs to take home and, if Jasper is around, you might even get to sit on a tractor as part of the fun​.
